Legacy Exit Assessment

    Legacy Exit Assessment

Find out what your legacy estate is costing you, and what it would take to retire it.

Ten questions. The answers produce a Legacy Exit Scorecard covering complexity, indicative duration, the cost you are carrying today and the recommended archive architecture — and they reach us so we can come back with a scoped Legacy Exit Discovery proposal.

    What the scorecard tells you

    System and scope

The application, version, replacement platform and the data volumes that drive everything else.

    Complexity

A banded complexity rating derived from database size, historical years, attachment volume and the size of the historical user base.

    Estimated duration

An indicative duration band for the implementation, confirmed properly during a Legacy Exit Discovery.

    Current legacy cost

What you told us the application costs to run each year, restated as the baseline for the business case.

    Potential saving

Indicative annual and three-year saving against that baseline, net of an indicative archive running cost.

    Recommended architecture

The archive and access design implied by your answers — attachments, retention model, access control and SSO.

The scorecard is indicative modelling, not a quotation. Project pricing is confirmed against agreed scope following a Legacy Exit Discovery.
